1. Data controller

Hotel Villa Bosco, located at Carrera 1 # 3-03, vía Cali–Rozo, Palmaseca, Palmira, Valle del Cauca, Colombia, is the controller responsible for the personal data you provide through this website, WhatsApp or our other contact channels. You can write to us at contacto@hotelvillabosco.com or call +57 315 492 88 70.

2. Legal framework

This policy is governed by article 15 of the Colombian Constitution, Statutory Law 1581 of 2012, and Decree 1377 of 2013, which regulate every person's right to know, update and correct information collected about them (Habeas Data).

3. Data we collect

Through this site and our contact channels (WhatsApp, email, phone) we may collect your name, phone number, email address, and the content of the messages you send us — for example, to request information or arrange transport, pets or events.

This website does not process payments or manage bookings directly. When you book through our official channels — Booking.com or our online booking engine — that data is collected and processed by those platforms under their own privacy policies, independent of this one. The hotel may appear listed on other travel search engines or sites not authorized by us; we are not responsible for the data handling practices of those third parties.

4. Purpose of processing

We use your data only to respond to your inquiries and requests, coordinate additional services during your stay, and improve the service we provide. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.

5. Your rights

6. How to exercise your rights

You can exercise these rights by writing to contacto@hotelvillabosco.com, stating your request. We will respond within the terms established by law.

7. Data security

We adopt reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect your personal data against loss, misuse or unauthorized access.

8. Retention

Your data will be kept for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, and afterward for as long as a legal obligation to retain it exists.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy at any time. The date of the last update appears at the top of this document.

This document is a general guide based on Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 and does not replace legal advice. We recommend having it reviewed by a lawyer before final publication.
